The best thing to hear before a lipservice episode are the words ‘contains scenes of a sexual nature,’And it finally happened with Lexy and Sam. Episode opened with a topless Sam which is just heaven for so many ladies. Tess has her play and is ridiculously nervous for it. Lexy is very sweet and gives her a first-night-survival kit. Tess has tickets for everyone including Sam who hasn’t been responding to any of their texts.
Tess is so cute with her crush on Lexy in every episode and her face when Lexy gives her a good-luck-but-lasts-a-bit-longer kiss looks like she’s been given Cadburys for a year. She tells Ed about her crush and they open her present together which includes champagne and Imodium.
Meanwhile Sam is very short with Lexy when she runs into her and Lexy tells her she’ll leave her alone but then Sam gives her a kind of longing look when she goes. The moody look suits her well as she takes charge of a drug raid at work. She struggles slightly though and then tries to hold herself together when her colleague asks how she is.
The Sadie-Lauren-Jo triangle is still happening which actually makes me feel sorry for Sadie for the first time. A raa-posh-has-lots-of-money-thinks-she-knows-loads comes into the museum and Sadie takes the mick out of her and then gets up to her old tricks stealing a watch before giving it to Lauren and inviting her to the play.
Lexy’s smile shows she might actually like Tess when she has a tx off her. But then she gets a bit upset over Sam not wanting anything to do with her. She says ‘How about someone actually wanting me for a change.’ In work Tess has an awkward conversation with Ed’s ex who says that she dumped him. Then her co-worker sees a magazine piece with his wife in it and flips slightly.
Sam looks very hot in her police uniform; I’ve had many messages telling me this! In the drug raid she gets a panic attack while her co-worker gets beaten up and of course ends up in Lexy’s hospital.
Nora goes to crazy psychotic level and pours vinegar in Tess’s drink. Lexy dresses up for the play which is very cute. Of course Hugh fucks up the whole thing and locks himself in his room and who turns up late to stage. Sadie is waiting outside for Lauren who is a no show. Lauren is at home getting questioned by her art dealer about the watch. Sadie of course turns up at the house and Lauren freaks out telling ehr to ‘stay away from me and my wife.’
During the interval Lexy has a message from Sam wondering if she’s in the hospital, and then Ed gives Tess false hope before Lexy disappears to see Sam. But of course Sam is already home. On stage Tess sees she is gone and she uses that emotion for her performance. The characters all seem to be in dark swirling down places in life. Lexy wandering the streets, Tess and Sadie crying and Sam drinking.
Lexy turns up to Sam’s house and I think everyone had that hold-their-breath moment when they look at each other. Or maybe not the ones who are Team Tess. Sam tells Lexy about how she always knew about Cat and tells her she can’t trust anyone. AND THEN THEY KISS PEOPLE. Then they have dirty sex in the living room. Half the girls will be loving it, half of them will be hating it as they see Tess in the next scene giving out to Nora.
The sex continues to romantic music and is very hot but I’m still torn whether I like them together. In the museum Sadie comes face to face with Janes again and nicks all the money. Tess arrives home alone with Sadie fucking off and Lexy just fucking. She rings her and Lexy answers while in Sam’s bedroom and lies about being in the hospital and then gets back into bed and cuddles up to her new lover. And Tess lies down on Lexy’s bed alone.
So that’s it girlies. The sexy lesbian fuelled drama is over for another series. Comments please.
